This website is operated by Laimans Ltd trading as Blue Marble Shop. Terms such as “we, “us” and “our” refer to Laimans Ltd trading as Blue marble Shop where they are used in these terms and conditions. By purchasing something from our ecommerce store, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document. Incorporated in to these terms and conditions as laid out in our returns and refund policy.

Delivery and Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchange Details

Thank you for purchasing your jewellery item from Blue Marble Shop. We hope you are happy with your purchase and enjoy wearing it as much as we enjoyed designing and making it especially for you.

If for any reason a problem has occurred, please contact us via email within 7 days and we can sort everything out. Please note that items can only be accepted for return if contact is made within 7 days and the item is returned with 14 days of purchase (in original packaging, unworn and undamaged).

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for: 

Custom or personalised orders –  Intimate items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) 

We do not accept Cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of Return

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and items must be in original packaging unworn and undamaged.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Most items can be personalised, and we are happy to create jewellery from your own piece of seaglass or gemstone. Please feel free to message us with any enquiries and we will be happy to help you.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

All our blue marble Jewellery is sent to you in pale blue gift tied boxes (as pictured). Boxes are made from recycled card and apart from the ribbon are unbranded so you can reuse them in the interests of the environment.

Care Instructions

As silver will tarnish over time, we highly recommend you take care of your silver jewellery by regularly polishing with a soft cloth or use silver polishing anti tarnish product. If you choose to wear your jewellery whilst in the shower/bed/swimming/exercising etc. Or treat the item in any way which is not in line with the original purpose for which it was designed, then it is agreed that you become responsible for any damage that may occur. Items can be sent for repairs and are charged at the normal rate, plus any postage charges.

Online Shopping

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sales are correct at the time when the information was entered on to the system. Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearance, colours, textures and finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or device may slightly differ so we cannot guarantee that the images are an accurate representation of the goods you are purchasing.

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

  1.  The item you have ordered is out of stock
  2. We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent
  3. There has been a pricing or product description error
  4. There is a system or procurement error
  5. When an order is placed you will receive an email confirming the details of your order with an approx. dispatch date 
  6.  The order will be accepted by us when the goods have dispatched.
